Description Notes

Circular wooden base; brass terminal connected to circular brass ring which holds glass covering dome in position; two vertical glass rods, with brass bases, support vertical brass rod which holds frame for gold leaves and passes up through insulated neck of glass dome; circular brass disk threaded on to top of rod, above dome; eight metal-foil strips glued on inside of dome, and connected to lower and upper brass rings.

Condition: fine; incomplete (gold leaves missing).
