Circular ebonite base, three levelling feet, four brass terminals; brass plate supporting two pair of vertical coils in ebonite and brass boxes; mirror with attached magnets suspended at centre of upper coil pair, magnets at centre of lower pair; vertical rod with adjustable horizontal controlling magnet. No inscriptions.

Condition: good (suspension intact); complete.
