Standard Kelvin-type electric current balance, Thomson composite type; White. K; White .J; c. 1900.

Similar to Wh. no. 3360, but a later model: two brass tertminals on heavy copper bars at rear lead to left-hand fixed coils; two-position switch (‘VOLTS’, ‘WATTS’) at front ( right-hand fixed coils disconnected in ‘WATTS’ position) ; brass-framed, glazed top coverwith hinged front door and brass sliding door on rght side ; hole in top glass for thermometer; without wooden case.
