Circular, black metal base; three brass and ebonite terminals (one connected to base); two linear bubble levels; black metal standard supports suspension of circular, copper coil; coil surrounds spherical iron core in cylindrical gap of horizontal horseshoe magnet; circular mirror above coil; zero adjustment knob and clamping lever at top; black metal cover with circular glazed window. No inscriptions. With paper label, hand printed: ‘DEVELOPMENT/ DEPT./300 OHMS (symbol)’.

Condition: good (suspension intact); complete.
