A.C. ammeter; range 1A D.C. or 1-50A A.C. (via internal current transformer); wooden case with bakelite top; thermometer and level built in; adjustable screw legs. Comes with its original calibration certificate (which slides into the base), dated 1957, plus a later one dated 1969. Intended for use in standards laboratories for calibrating other instruments and for precision measurement.
