Black metal case on wooden base; three ebonite covered terminals, marked ‘+’, ‘3’ and ‘150’; glazed window showing mirror and white dial; hand-printed scale, 0 to 1.5 divisions; circular window below dial showing pivoted coil; metal plate with list of patents on front edge of case; zero adjustment screw on front of base. In wooden carrying case with leather handle; printed paper label glued to bottom of base, dated ‘SEP 12 23’.
