Cylindrical black metal case; brass ring around glazed front showing white dial; scale 0 to 300 divisions; two brass terminal rods extend from back, with threaded screws at ends; two holes in case for mounting; pivoted coil surrounding fixed iron core.
Similar to Wh: 2285, but designed as a voltmeter.

Condition: good; complete.
