Description Notes

Rectangular wooden box containing copper tank for oil; ebonite top; five brass terminals; central stirrer for oil mounted on top, with pulley for belt drive, and arrow showing direction of rotation; three circular holes, with ebonite plugs; twenty coils wound on brass tubes, and cylindrical brass stirring mechanism (Archimedes’ screw) fastened to underside of top plate.

Condition: fine; complete.
