Rectangular wooden box with black plastic top; four pairs of ebonite covered terminals for battery, galvanometer, standard cell, and unknown potential, respectively; four tapping keys; fine and coarse rotary current rheostats; fifteen-position rotary switch and rotary slide-wire calibrated in volts.
