Description Notes

Circular brass base; three levelling feet; each double-box quadrant supported on ebonite post; brass rod supporting suspended needle with two sets of aluminium vanes; screw adjustment for positioning one quadrant; brass rods with terminals connected to two quadrants. No inscriptions.

Condition: poor (suspension broken, brass tarnished and rough); incomplete (mirror, cup, glass cover, and shielding cage missing).
