Metal top; rectangular wooden box with hinged lid and leather carrying handle; two pairs of brass terminals; glazed window showing white dial with mirror; scale, 0 to 120 millivolts; clamp and zero adjustment screw below dial (clamp engages when lid is closed).

Condition: good (pivoted system intact); complete.
