Description Notes

Wooden box containing apparatus for hydrostatic experiments, all wrapped in cotton wool. Apparatus includes 3 wooden stands, 2 iron tripod stands, 2 two-legged iron stands, iron spanner, 5 grey metal rods, 1 brass rod, 1 oxidized brass rod with 4 side arms, main horizontal metal bar with 4 side arms and tap and extension, 4 glass and silver receptacles, set of 5 glass tubes of differing bores, assorted glass tubes of varying kinds, various bolts, nuts and washers and one Venetian glass cat. The apparatus are stored in two layers, with the top contained in a removable lead drawer. There are two photographs on inside of lid of the two layers of apparatus. Instruction manual included.
