Description Notes

a growth lamp used in biological sciences. Consists of a 1000 Watt bulb (maker Cryselco, England) gas filled, that crews in to a cannibalised lamp stand with electrical cable (plug missing) for mains supply. Used by the biological sciences department in botany etc. for accelerating the growth of specimens.
