Description Notes

Black line drawing, with some shading, showing 8 parts of Phoenix. No labels. Top left, one below the other are cross sections, probably of fruit or seed. Top right is picture of whole fruit on branch. In centre is drawing of whole fruit, and to its right is a transverse-section of the fruit, showing the seed. Bottom left are a picture of the seed, and to its left a transverse-section. Bottom right is a cross-section of either the fruit or seed.
Similar style to item 4648, and apparently continued in 4650.
Title is at bottom centre.
