Description Notes

Printed line diagrams, black and white, some slight shading.
Shows cell divisions in the development of two cells (figure ‘1’) into a large, multi-cellular, ‘head-shaped’ structure, attached by a stem to a large sac (figure ‘5.b.’) 5b is the main picture, centre, and the earlier stages surround it, though not in numerical order. The cell divisions are followed by Roman numerals to identify the mother cells through the divisions.

Identical to accession number 4682, but less worn.
Slightly frayed round edges.
