Description Notes

Printed line diagrams, black and white, cell-level detail.
Figure 1 is left centre, and the others run round in a clockwise direction. Starting at 1, an almost flat layer of cells develops into a shoot tip with protective surrounding points. Some parts are labelled with letters, but there is no key.
Top right, to left of printed heading: embossed impression of coat of arms, surmounted with eagle, bearing motto ‘coll. christi cant’

Worn, but otherwise fair condition.
