Description Notes

Watercolour (?) in pink, green, and yellow of four views of a flower.
Pictures run in a curve from mid-left across the bottom to mid-right.
Mid-left shows whole flower, though anthers are not ripened.
Bottom left shows cross-section through the flower, revealing anthers curled up inside.
Bottom right shows flower with part of calyx and some petals removed. Two anthers have grown.
Mid right shows flower with part of calyx removed, and four ripe anthers.
No labels.
Ref number bottom right.
Accession number 4690 shows the whole upper part of the plant, and the relative positioning of the flowers.
