Description Notes

Eleven printed line drawings, numbered, with some brown-yellow shading, all cell-level detail.
1-4 are of Cannabis indica. 1-3 run across top, and are basically circular. 4 occupies left side, and shows side view of bluge on top of a column of cells.
5a-g are of Humulus lupulus, and occupy the centre, and centre bottom, showing development frm a few cells to a large, almost acorn-shaped structure.
6 is of Cistus creticus, bottom right, and is a column with a bulge on top, though of a different form from that shown in 4.
The species names are given bottom left and bottom right.
Title at top, inside frame.
Top right, outside frame: ‘Taf. LX.’
