Description Notes
White celluloid rectangle with rotatable transparent celluloid wind rose. To the left and below the wind rose are scales for calculating required adjustments to range and line. Beneath the wind rose are concentric circles representing wind speed, marked every 10 from 0 to 80. Wind rose has 32 points marked (8 by initial) and degree scale divided [0] - 360, numbered by 10˚. At bottom instructions for use and table converting miles per hour into feet per second.
Condition good (some corrosion of metal pivot); complete.
