Description Notes

Transparent celluloid rectangle carrying grid with scale on top edge marked ‘chains’ and divided [0] - [20], numbered by 1, subdivided to 1/4. Grid is divided into 320 sections. At bottom marked ‘scale 6 ins = 1 mile acres’ and ‘2 1/2 chains x 4 chains’.

Condition good; complete.
