Description Notes
Iron spoked wheel. Extended axle with rack turning two cogged brass dials. Lower graduated 0-100 by 1. Upper with section cut away and indicator needle on lower dial, also graduated 0-100 by 10. Iron fork and T shaped handle with turned wooden grips.
