Description Notes

Pritchard model. Brass; three legged foot to pillar; compass joint at head of pillar; triangular limb with rack into tubular limb; large knurled knob on one side of limb operates rack; mechanical stage on two upward arching braces from limb; micrometer marked ‘micrr 4/100 of an inch’; mount for condenser and aperture stop; swinging plano/concave mirror; arched arm screwed to top of limb carries body; screw fit objective; draw tube with field lens and eyepiece in screw fit brass cell with notch catch to eye shade.
Fitted wooden box with trade label; range of accessories; stage forceps and condenser; 2 alternative eyepieces with shades; spare objective and 2 brass cases; brass talc box; small lieberkuhn in small brass box; brass tweezers; non-mechanical stage; [black ground]; live box.
