Pine box with veneer [mahogany]; drawer in base; lift out side; mirror in box with the angle adjusted by knobs either side; aperture in slide out lid; brass plate with column; body on spring collar; ivory knob at head of column; cardboard body covered with green shagreen; softwood nosepiece and objective; draw tube of cardboard covered with green paper; softwood collar for field lens; screw fit cell for eyepiece; hinged tray for slides; stage forceps with black white ground (tip broken). Tweezers, glass dishes, ivory knob. bottle of aspirin.
