Description Notes

Wooden box with sliding lid; wooden upright slots into lid to provide support. Brass microscope body with compass joint to tubular pillar; clamp fitted to pillar which fixes to lid; collar round racked body with knurled screw; draw tube with screw fit eyepiece; (no objective extant) and swinging plano concave mirror slots into brass sockets in lid.
