Folding tripod foot; forward facing foot carries swinging plano concave mirror; racked trapezoidal pillar carries massively constructed shoe with stage; knurled coarse focus screw; long fine focus moving screw stage of blued steel; small stage with forward motion by knurled brass screw spring clips; screw fit substage condenser; compass joint at head of pillar to bar-limb; screw fit body tube; 6 objectives, 5 with dust caps numbered ‘1, 2, 3, 5, 6’; some with initial letters ‘M’, ‘G’, ‘R’, various lenses in brass cells all interchangeable; substage condenser, single lens; articulated arm carrying a focussing illuminator fits onto base of shoe; push fit eye piece [not original - does not fit screw thread at the head of the body].
Dividing objectives; mechanical stage, movement in one direction only; substage condenser in a focussing mount.
Fitted mahogany box.
