Description Notes
Wooden oak (?) wheel with 4 spokes, each with a heart shaped fenestration. Axle driving indicators on dial set into handle. Silvered face graduated 0-50 miles to 1 mile; 0-8 furlongs to 1 and 0-40 poles 8 times. Large hand moves over outer scale of miles. Small hand over inner scale of furlongs. Small eccentric dial graduated 0-100, with brass engraved centre plate. Glazed cover hinges away from dial (glass missing). T shaped handle (1 half broken).
