Description Notes
Mahogany base with 3 brass levelling screws. 2 circular bubble levels. Hinged wooden platform with 2 brass setting arcs divided 47-66 by 1 and 2 clamping screws. Clockwork movement in part-oxidised brass cylindrical casing, marked with 4 cardinal points on top platform. Clamp and tangent screw moves mirror and central ring of platform and may be fitted to either side. Double knurled screw raises or lowers mirror mount with 2 brass counter-weights. Silvered mirror. Maker’s plate. Wooden box.
