Description Notes

Two plates riveted together. Lower graduated [0] - 130 by 10 to 1 but split into second plate and riveted together. Also graduated 1/3 to 1/12 for regular sided polygons. (Hook and catch to hold protractor together; 19-1-2000). Upper plate plain; pierced with decorative scroll work.

Condition: fair (possibly damage to lower plate?; 19-1-2000).
