Steel beam with extension rod graduated 1/2-1 - 4 oz by 1 with steel clip. Weight on one end of beam and rest on other end. Steel spring clip on end of extension rod with split ring through ring bearing. Cardboard slip case with morocco leather covering. Markings on case.
