Brass; base with inset compass, 4 point rose, 8 lettered points calibrated [0]-[90]-[0] by 20o to 2, twice; needle stop mechanism; silvered latitude arc divided 0-60o by 10˚ to 1. Silvered dial plate calibrated IIII-XII, I-VIII, numbered by 1, divided to 5 minutes; folding style (for 60oN).
Condition: fair (silvering worn); complete.
