Brass; set on a compass box as foot (?); 3 adjustable turned feet; locking bar for compass; silvered 8 point compass rose and (on a higher level) 0-90-0 x 2 by 10 to 1o; steel compass needle; round the rim a list of towns and latitudes in Russian including ‘Mockca 55o 45’; silvered latitude arc [55o] - 90o by 10 to 1o; clamping screw to hold hour circle in place; silvered hour circle IIII-XII and I-VIII by 30’ to 5’; folding gnomon.
Condition: fair; complete.
