Description Notes
Brass. Pierced semi-circle graduated 0-180˚ clockwise and anticlockwise to 1˚. Fixed slit and window sights at opposite ends of diameter. Alidade with slit and window sights and vernier plate on each arm reading scale to 5’. Compass mounted within semi-circle. Brass 8 point rose graduated 0-360˚ in single degrees.
Engraved with foliage motifs.
Ball and socket joint for attachment to tripod with thumb screw clamp.
