Description Notes
Compass; paper dial; 32 point rose; cupid with arrow at mouth. Graduated on silvered scale 0-360˚ in single degrees. Locking bar. Aluminium rim. Glazed circle fitted in oak case; sliding lid (missing). Sights along one edge of compass enclosed in wooden case. Ball and socket joint below with shaft for attachment to tripod.
