Description Notes

Black painted cast iron tripod stand supports vertical wooden pillar on which is mounted a metre rule divided in each direction [0] - 100 numbered by 1 subdivided to 0.1. Clipped beside the top of the rule is a glass tube from which a rubber hose runs down beside the rule and then up again to a second glass tube; this tube has an open top which is bunged with cotton wool. Second tube held in place by a clamp which can be raised or lowered along a vertical steel pillar.
