Description Notes

Nuremburg type; raised hinge and clasp pieces. Decorated with incised concentric circles; stamped with ‘8’ and maker’s mark. Scratched onto lid ‘94’ and ‘CP’. Base of master cup stamped ‘4’; cup weights for ‘2’, ‘1’ loth both stamped; the larger one with fleur-de-lys and ‘B’, also letters scratched on base. 3 fractional weights for 1/2 and 2 1/2s (?) not stamped and later additions (?).

Condition: fair; incomplete?(smaller weights later additions?).
