Mahogany box base with vertical pillar from one side. Lift-off lid to mechanism in base; shaft within pillar with spring link to unequal arm beam. Swan’s neck end. Index (broken). Gallows over beam. Two hinged wooden pan rests on pillar. One brass pan with cords (no suspension loop).
