Description Notes

Black-painted iron base carries black-painted metal cylinder with covering cap. Electrical connection (modern replacement) set at centre of base of cylinder, but no lamp present. Focussing lens on stand at one edge of the cylinder, and hole for directing the light towards the cardiograph. Frayed insulated wire connects lamp to three-pin plug.
