Description Notes

Botanical wallchart of leaves' external morphology. Pitchers: Nepenthes and Darlingtonia. Maker Peter.

Colour printed botanical teaching diagram of Darlingtonia, the cobra lily and Nepenthes, the pitcher plants, both carnivorous plant species. The wallchart consists of two diagrams, one of each species. The left hand diagram shows the cobra lilly so named because it’s shape reflects the attack position of the cobra snake. The right hand diagram shows the pitcher plants extended leaf base and modified leaf spade to form the pitcher.

Paper backed onto cloth.

Good condition.
