Botanical wallchart showing capsule of the moss species Tayloria splachnoides (Order: Funariales).
Two diagrams, both in colour.
Inscription is stencilled at top left. Ink inscription at bottom left, apparently in Henslow’s handwriting, reads “Tayloria splachnoides. Hooker Musc. Brit. t.173” (Probably a reference to William Jackson Hooker’s Muscologica britannica.)
Reference numbers at top left & right, and bottom right corner. (Previous PS ref. was O47)
