Description Notes

Circular brass base on which is mounted a brass column whose height can be adjusted by a knurled screw and locked in place by a second screw. An oxidised brass plate set on top of the column supports a telescope tube and the scale, which can be adjusted laterally by a knurled brass screw. The scale is marked on a celluloid strip and divided 25 - 0 - 25, numbered by 1, subdivided to 0.1.

Condition fair; complete.
