Description Notes

Black-painted rectangular cast iron base with two plates for mounting on bench; supports black-painted cast iron standard. On one end of the standard is mounted a pulley wheel which, when turned, turns a second pulley wheel on one side of the standard. The second wheel turns at a slower speed than the first, due to gearing inside the standard.
