Description Notes
Wooden case with metal carrying handle and two sets of rubber feet. Movement ad dial is below a hinged portion of the case with circular glazed window and lock (key missing). On remaining portion of case is on/off switch set into body of case. Accelerometer mounted on a wooden base with electric motor beneath the circular dial indicator, which has two pointers and is calibrated 0 - 90 with graduations. Vertical metallic disc counter calibrated 0 - 10, 20 round the edge. Below the accelerometer the rest of the case is empty and access is gained by a hinged door which spans the full length of the instrument. Two cotton covered wires with contacts emerge into this empty part of the case, one from the accelerometer and one from the switch. An insulated wire runs from the switch to the accelerometer.
