Description Notes

Mahogany box set on 4 brass levelling feet. One end of the box carries a brass resistance bridge with plug-type connections (some missing); two brass terminals at one end. The other end of the instrument carries glazed mahogany box containing the main part of the wattmeter. On the top carries dial divided 0 - [100], numbered by 2, subdivided to 0.2; also carries mercury-in-glass thermometer divided 10˚C - [45˚C], numbered by 10˚C, subdivided to 1˚C; central plastic disc marked ‘remove to set zero’.

Condition fair (one of the glazed panels has come away from the box); incomplete.
