Description Notes
Rectangular cast iron base supports pillar on which the main instrument can rotate. Mounted on the top of the pillar is the main box for the arc lamp, with a graphite rod set horizontally so that passes into an igniting chamber; its position can be altered a knurled plastic knob. Chimney for release of gases. Front cylinder with lens in mount which can be adjusted by knurled plastic screw.
Condition poor; incomplete (?)
