Description Notes

Mahogany box set on wooden stand with suede base lining. Mounted on the box is a black-painted wooden box with a brass mounting on front. A wooden-handled white metal crank turns a white metal vertical rod, thereby laterally moving a barset in the brass mounting, which in turn moves a small circular mirror. A second mirror is set into a brass box mounted separately on the main base. The base also contains two slots in which a pair of wooden plugs can move backwards and forwards.

Condition good; complete.
