Description Notes

Brass; enclosed horizontal circle, divided on silver 0-180-0 by 10 to 30’; opposing verniers to 1’; clamp and slow motion screw for vernier plate. Silvered 8 point compass rose divided 0-90-0 twice by 10 to 30’; transverse bubble; longitudinal bubble on ‘V’ shaped frame; supports telescope axis; rack and pinion focus; erecting lens; cross hairs; longitudinal bubble slung below; transits over eyepiece and objective; clamp and slow motion screw for vertical motion of telescope but vertical arc missing. 4 foot screws through parallel plates; ray shade; fitted wooden box.
