Description Notes

Painted brass (?) cliometer with two alternative bases. Arc divided 0-44 by 1o one side and 45 to 89 by 1o on the other. Pivoted index arm. Bubble level with clamping screw slides along index arm, graduated 0-60 minutes on a linear scale.
