Description Notes

Brass; circular compass with silvered rose divided 90-0-90 by 10 to 1. 4 point rose. Outer ring of compass divided 0-12 twice anticlockwise. Blued steel needle. Case carrying handle and knob (like watch case). Quadrant hinges out from side of case. Ebony mount with clip and screw fastening. Tin box.
