Description Notes

Rectangular mahogany base with four feet, supporting bakelite base plate. Brass telegraph key with ebonite handle connects to four white metal strips running to terminals. Brass crank handle on left of instrument depresses one of three white metal strips as it is rotated. Six brass terminals at top end of plate, marked L, Z, E, C, R and K. Plug switches for setting to ‘send’ and ‘receive’.

Condition good; complete.
