Description Notes

Dark wood base for a spinning long metal rod-whistle. Brass wheel for attaching pulley rope by which the rod is turned. Rod held onto brass attachment by a screw clamp. Rod had detachable end covers, which expose the whistle when removed.

Condition: good; incomplete (pulley rope missing).
